Expecting a Baby
If you are currently pregnant and interested in receiving early childhood and family support services, complete the Pregnancy Interest Form.
Infants, Toddlers, and Families
Parents and caregivers of children from birth to 36 months can complete the Family Interest Form to learn more about Home Visiting and Center-Based program options.

Home Visiting
Our Home Visiting program brings our services to you. A Child and Family Specialist visits your home to help your child learn and grow while supporting you and your family.
Center-Based Services
Your child attends one of our partner child care centers while receiving Early Head Start services. NDEHS works with the center to support your child’s learning, growth, and your family’s goals.

Center-Based placement depends on eligibility, available enrollment opportunities, and the partner center’s enrollment requirements.
